Tried to go in to order but the doors were locked. The employees stood behind the counter and watched me walk up and try to walk in but didn’t gesture or anything. No sign or anything about a closed lobby either.
Definitely a Starbucks in a less friendly area. Locks on the bathrooms and no baby changing area. Staff were friendly but one of the reasons we stopped was because we needed caffeine and to change our baby. We thought it would be convenient.
It was nice and quiet inside. I ordered online and picked it up. The employee was really nice and friendly.
When a mother walks in with her children needing the bathroom before they order, they should be allowed to use the bathroom before they order! Zero stars! Shame on your management team today!
