I had ordered ahead on the app, My order showed as “in progress,” so I waited. After she finished the previous drink, she was talking to security and wiping the counters. I'm carmel frapp was disgusting
Horrible experience our order was wrong amd the employees were sta ding around gossiping instead of preparing our coffees. Don't order here if you want good customer service or coffee.
I just wondered why the website says that this is a drive-thru location when it's inside of a grocery store. Plus it says there's outdoor seating. It's a grocery store there is no outdoor seating. I hope they correct their website.
