Not as hectic and frenzied as other Starbucks, this lowkey Tice Valley location has a great closing crew led by extraordinarily gracious Erick. Though quite busy at register, he welcomed every customer and once the line dissipated, Erick quickly assisted his colleagues as they whipped up various orders. Initially, my drink was a bit watery, so Erick took it upon himself to personally remake it and did so with excellent—and humorous—customer service.
