Racism at its peak. Not all brown people come just to use the restroom. Don’t say no to them without knowing—they might have ordered something online. even if its a rule at-least ask them “ hey did order anything or similar on very polite way . please train your employee
It's one of the best Starbucks in the area. The staff is always welcoming and super nice. I don't think I have ever waited longer than 5 minutes in the drive-thru, even when there is a long line.
The service here has gotten so bad . A few weeks ago I went through the drive through and ordered a drink, word for word, from a text. I repeated it twice and the employee still got the order wrong. When I asked her to fix the order at the window she said that I would have to get back in line to order again. I protested and did so anyway.
