I’m a regular Starbucks customer and usually have a great experience, but today’s visit through the drive-thru was really disappointing. I ordered a black tea with strawberry açaí base and strawberry inclusions, something I get often. Instead, I was given a plain strawberry açaí drink. When I asked if it had tea in it, the barista told me no and insisted I had only asked for strawberry açaí.
