Employee at Drive thru “Kendra” will shut this one down with her rudeness. She couldn’t hear me on speaker, she claimed, and when I drove forward to window she gestured with her hand to go away and turned and walked away lol. She took the order behind us and said “don’t honk at window.”We left after she slammed the drive thru window. Toobad she hates people and her job.
Their prices are ridiculous!!!!! Will just go into town next time. Grande latte was 8 bucks. At the other Starbucks it was 5.50. I was wondering why I never see anyone in the parking lot or in the drive through.
The staff is always friendly and I like being able to grab a coffee without driving all the way into havasu.... BUT the prices are outrageous. They charge $2 more than any other Starbucks for their coffee. Doesn't matter what you get. Starbucks prices should be the same across the board. That's my only complaint. So altho it is under $10 per person literally a grande is $8 and a venti is $9 without adding extras
I ordered chai tea latte and she gave me just latte totally different taste when I go back in there she charged me again for another cup bullshit rude girls never come back again otherwise I always stopped here today is 12/06/25 if their owner see this just teach them something time 5:48 pm
