Rude employee needed to use restroom n was denied. No other Starbucks has ever denied a restroom to a customer
Walked in planning to buy coffee, asked to use the restroom first. Male employee (35+, beard, balding, glasses) refused. Felt unnecessary and rude, I left and won’t return Starbucks should train staff to prioritize customer hospitality.
