I ordered my drink earlier in the day and was sipping on it throughout the day, (I kept it in the freezer since the ice had melted) when I reached the bottom of the drink, I found a piece of plastic inside. This was very upsetting, since I redeemed my points for a this drink and it’s the first time something like this has happened to me.
Victoria was such a joy, she helped out when my order got messed up by the mobile app and made my evening absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this location A+. Props to Aaron and Jason too they are all awesome
The lady with glasses was extremely rude and treated my husband and me horribly. We felt disrespected
My first and last time ordering at this location yesterday. The drink they served me made me so sick and its the same drink I order and have no problems with at every other location.
