This place ALWAYS takes forever on my order. Either it's a mobile order or in person, it takes at least 10-15 minutes for my order to come out. I'm not very satisfied with the pacing of orders here, the lines are always long and huge too
Set up is like big living room, open concept. Couches, easy chairs and benches with power outlets. Natural light area. Music on the loud side yet you can still be heard. Atmosphere is not stressed even though it’s across from Santa Ana College. Service is friendly and open to answer questions. Drinks are handed to customers not just put out unlike other Starbucks in the area.

This one has very comfortable foam seating. And in the center has couches. Its very spacious and has several types of seating. Perfect for school or work meetings. At 2pm all the high school kids take over. Update: They most comfortable Starbucks I've been to.
