El personal muy molesto no sé si con la vida o con las personas que trabajamos en el campus, no pudieron calentar mi comida y el café que pedí con extra shot de expreso parecía agua y no estaba caliente le pusieron demasiada leche fría en conclusión el personal es demasiado grosero.
I have ordered the light ice venti. They give grande. They realized mistake and fixed the issue by pouring the drink to the venti cup and added more "ice" not drink.
This is by far the worst Starbucks branch. The ratio of staff to customers is unacceptable — only three workers for more than a thousand students daily. The result: extremely long wait times. Even mobile pre-orders take 20 minutes or more, which is ridiculous. When ordering food in person, it often comes out cold, which makes me question whether it’s the workers not heating it properly or if the ovens are not working.
