I ordered the double espresso. I paid $3.45 plus I give him one dollar tip but they give me Single shot I told him this is not double espresso. This looks like a single shot and then she told me no that’s double espresso poor customer service make sure people whatever you guys ordering. It’s be great service.
I had a disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The employee I interacted with had a very rude attitude and was unprofessional! Would recommend to go another place
The staff at the pick-up point provided service with an unfriendly attitude. They handled the issue in a dismissive manner and spoke impolitely (only to Asian people maybe) and communication skills were poor
One of my favorite Starbucks! Great customer service. I think they close by 5pm Sunday Through Thursday let those workers go home early. Being opened 12 hours should give people enough time to java !!! Friday and Saturday at 6pm.
Located in the area that easy to find. The cafe isn’t that big but there are tables outdoor (no table indoor) I ordered Matcha Frappuccino( I normally try Matcha at Starbucks around the world) I don’t like the taste that much from here. Staff is friendly. There is the screen that you can track the orders which is convenient for customers
