They lost my drink and made me repay to have it replaced. It took 30 minutes to remake, and I understand it might have been busy, but they got mad at me for asking about progress updates. Overall, bad experience by rude workers (and this is coming from a barista).

Came through the drive-thru for a mocha cookie crumble frappuccino. There were several cars ahead of me but it moved faster than I expected. My drink looked great and had a good amount of whipped cream and toppings. The employee at the window was really pleasant as well
