Mobile order said it would take 4-6 mins and took over 20. Literally watched my drink sit half made on the counter for 15 mins and 4 employees just walked right by it. I get being understaffed is a thing but that isn’t really a valid excuse being right next to a university where many people are looking for jobs. Has to be the one of the most inefficient starbucks locations I have ever been to considering USC village has double the volume and handles it incredibly well.

I arrived at 12:10 pm the server Stephanie has no skills for customer service, she should be cleaning, she wasn't nice at all. No smile, no good afternoon no nothing, what a shame.
