I ordered a standard warm—not hot—latte made with Blonde Espresso and oat milk. Instead, I received a SCALDING HOT, sweet vanilla latte made with regular milk. I asked them to remake it. They did remake it, but they gave me a standard latte with regular espresso and regular milk. It seems that at this location, they have no idea what Blonde Espresso or oat milk are—or, for that matter, the standard Starbucks menu in general.
