To start off, I ordered only two coffees and two things of breakfast bites. At first, they got my coffee wrong and gave me the wrong size. Then told me " No thats what you ordered" ... What ? And they charged me for an extra coffee that I didn't order. As I'm about to walk away they gave me the coffee that I ordered. Then I questioned them why I got three coffees and wanted a refund for the coffee that I didn't even order and they refused to give a refund. By far the worst Starbucks in Athens. I originally enjoyed coming here since it was nearby but I’d rather drive out to the Starbucks on Epps. The customer service here sucks especially in the evening.
