I go to Starbucks almost everyday with my service dog. At the non drive thru locations such as this, I have never been asked the status of my service dog by the cashier. This particular guy had to ask me the question and it seemed unnecessary and rude. I understand I would not stay in the facility for the enjoyment of other customers. It was an order to go and as I mentioned it has never been an issue with anyone else. Will not be returning to this location.
Order 72246396 5 Fwy & Oso Pkwy Mission Viejo, CA On July 13, my spouse and I placed a mobile order inside your store. The app estimated a pickup time of about five minutes. I briefly used the restroom after placing the order, and when I returned around the estimated pickup time, the store was otherwise empty except for two employees, a bearded, taller male behind the counter, and a female. 6/17/2026 Stopped by Starbucks for a couple of hot drinks after lunch. A mocha and cappuccino, oh yes. Made perfectly. Nice store, clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and provided quality customer service. Recommended 3/13/2026 Ordered from Stabucks at lunchtime and it was perfect.
