Order 72246396 5 Fwy & Oso Pkwy Mission Viejo, CA On July 13, my spouse and I placed a mobile order inside your store. The app estimated a pickup time of about five minutes. I briefly used the restroom after placing the order, and when I returned around the estimated pickup time, the store was otherwise empty except for two employees, a bearded, taller male behind the counter, and a female. 6/17/2026 Stopped by Starbucks for a couple of hot drinks after lunch. A mocha and cappuccino, oh yes. Made perfectly. Nice store, clean and organized. The staff were welcoming and provided quality customer service. Recommended 3/13/2026 Ordered from Stabucks at lunchtime and it was perfect. My wife had a cappuccino with a banana nut loaf and I had a passion iced tea with a spinach and egg white wrap. The food was good and service terrific.
