You have to get a code for the bathroom. I’ve been here multiple times. This is not a place with foot traffic. I asked the barista what the code was. She says…. Have you made an order with us today? Lady read the room I’m about to tinkle myself. It was just rude and takes any class away from the establishment.
What happened to the lovely, friendly counter people here? Until recently, it was a pleasure to have a warm smile, quick chat. The last few times I've gone in, no greeting, crappy attitudes. It's a shame.
