I’m a regular customer who Starbucks almost every day, so it was pretty surprising to be told I couldn’t use the restroom at this location. Starbucks promotes itself as a welcoming place for customers, but that clearly wasn’t the case today. It’s frustrating when loyalty to a business isn’t returned with basic courtesy.
The extra touch of a “Have a great day Charles” note on my drink cup from the barista was a surprising touch. I was there in a purely transactional basis: to quench my thirst with a cold and sweet beverage. But the extra touch of the note stood out enough to prompt me to write this review. It’s little things like this that stand out in our fast-paced, transactional word. So to unknown barista, thank you. You made me smile in the middle of a tiring and stressful day. I hope you have a fantastic day too.
this is my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa. the employees here are all very pleasant and my coffee is great every single time. an employee here is also the reason I learned about the ability to get a refill on a brewed coffee if you ordered a different drink. it's always extremely clean, and there's almost always plenty of seating inside. :)
I'm still really heartbroken that my location closed awhile back but I have found a new crew that I love to pieces. The afternoon/night crew is amazing! Best drinks and Best service! They treat me like a VIP. I love them all!!!
