Great customer service!
Extremely kind staff. I was kinda cutting it close the other day, deciding to pick up my mobile order in the drive through, but the staff made that line go by so fast. I don't think I spent more than 3 or 4 minutes in line.
I visited the Starbucks on 51st & Harvard in Tulsa and was very disappointed with the customer service I received from a barista named Lauren. I ordered a Strawberry Lemonade Energy drink and asked to add popping boba, which I had successfully ordered at Starbucks before. When I asked for a lid that would work better with the boba, Lauren told me Starbucks doesn’t have lids for that.
