This location struggles with customer service and keeping baristas. The last two drinks have been thrown out and I'm pretty sure they added water to my ice latte. I would recommend visiting another location.
Attitude city. I will never come back.
I went inside with my wife to get a coffee. After a while a coffee was tossed on the counter with coffee all over it and the one that made it saying that it was the worst coffee they had made that day. So after cleaning coffee off the cup and lid we were happy to leave. (3/30/25 about 10am) I'm not a coffee fan so this isn't a place that I want to come to already. When you add in the snobby attitude from some of the staff at this location, it makes me want to go to any other location.
My matcha was completely unblended. It very visibly had chunks throughout, and they thought that was serviceable. The drive through crew needs to pay more attention to the product they are serving. This is undrinkable. Do not try the matcha here.
This location always makes my drink right every time !!
