Great service and staff!
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever gotten from a coffee place. The young gen z employees that run this mall Starbucks are the most entitled, bad-mannered, and lazy individuals. I payed for a HOT coffee and I received a cold coffee. I asked them to make it hot and immediately they started to complain and cry about how their day is so difficult. Get better employees who actually care about the customers and who actually SMILE. These employees you have working here look like they hate their lives.
I am extremely disappointed and angry with my recent experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered a drink called the Summer Sky Drink, but when it was made, the barista only gave me half a cup. I asked her to confirm if the drink was completed, and she replied that it was because I chose no ice, so that’s all I get. This is unacceptable. Even though this Starbucks was in mall, the service was good, I purchased a slice of loaf and of course that was good too. I went on a Monday around 1 o’clock unfortunately the mall was not too busy which made it. Nice to stroll around with my grandson and granddaughter..
