My drink was perfect! Eva was so sweet and went the extra mile to make sure she understood my alteration and got it correct.
paid $9 for this drink. i have gotten this drink before. never this lightly colored, i think they did not put the correct amounts of shot in. also when i spell my name and it’s still on the cup wrong is just added insult.
Multiple people ahead of me were missing things from their orders. Guy on cash register had no idea what he was doing. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and ended up with a caramel frappe. Wanted to update: shout out to Micah working around 9am today. Even in the rush of the morning he apologized and fixed my order almost immediately. Definitely the hardest worker there
