I waited 30-40 minutes for my order, finally at 10:45 my Grubhub says “making order”. A few minutes go by, a girl that came like 30 minutes after me gets her order before me, so I check my Grubhub. “Order cancelled and refunded.”
It’s more expensive and never as good. Stale and not kinda just…wrong Like an airport or a grocery store Starbucks.
I frequent this Starbucks most mornings, which I won't be doing any more. They consistently make my very simple drink wrong or don't fill it up all the way. The customer service is sub par and I feel uncomfortable to ask for remake on my drink. I asked for a plain bagel today, sliced and toasted. Big surprise, the bagel comes back un-sliced and un-toasted. I received a warm bagel... This is the second time this has happened, very frustrating.
