Man, Starbucks needs to get it together. I tried ordering and it’s like nobody wanted to listen. I said what I wanted clearly, but the staff acted like it went in one ear and out the other. Ended up with the wrong order and an attitude like it was my fault. If I’m paying extra for coffee and food, the least y’all can do is actually hear me out and get it right. The whole vibe was rushed, careless, and not worth the money.
Service has always been great. However the dress code is awful. It used to feel so inviting and now everyone is wearing all black. It feels so corporate, it's really lost the warm welcoming feeling and I hate it. Please give these employees their sense of self and creativity back and let them wear somthing other than black.
Good efficiency and service but coffee shops should have individuality and seeing everyone wear all black and have no personality to their looks. I miss the warm inviting feel, makes me want to go to dunkin.
