I went into downtown Knoxville to Starbucks to use my gift card. I saw online that there was a lot of seating and walked in and there was barely anything so I was confused but the deal is that if you buy coffee, you can sit in the hotel lobby area next-door, which is absolutely spacious, quiet, and beautiful. I was only bummed that I could not collect my Starbucks points for my purchase because they’re connected to the hotel so keep that in mind if that’s something that you want. other than that it was a great experience rea... read more
