I had a really good experience at this Starbucks in downtown Knoxville. My mocha latte was made exactly the way I like it, with just the right amount of chocolate, and the service was friendly and welcoming. I also like the location. It’s convenient if you’re spending time downtown, meeting someone, or just taking a few minutes to enjoy a coffee before getting on with your day. Good coffee, good service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back. 105 A+
The best people I’ve spoken to all day. Had to keep coming in for water and they were very nice every time.
This Starbucks location has the most amazing and friendly staff. I am always greeted with a smile. Also, the barista with the brown, curly hair is really hot and funny.
