Prices are a bit higher than New York Starbucks but the service is good and the location is convenient
Overpriced chain is the best way to describe this Starbucks located in Tropicana resort. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher which contained no fruit! Ordered a plain bagel and lemon cake which were both careless thrown in the bag. I expect more from a Starbucks franchise and disappointed due to the overly priced items. Just came from a Starbucks a few weeks ago located within a casino that had cheaper prices and better quality and service. MARKETPLACE location. Probably the worst Starbucks in the chain. I'll never go again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Not only is it 30 percent more expensive, the service is rude. Teenage girl got my drink wrong then gave me attitude when I pointed out the printed customizations on my phone receipt. Claimed she couldn't read it because she 'wasn't wearing her glasses'. I loved that this Starbucks was close to the elevators to my room...I enjoyed getting morning coffee here, 3days straight.
Wow and no! Three employees and no customers. Ordered espresso by app. When I went to pick it up, they then found the order in the printer. Never did anyone utter a single word to me. Before during or after. No hello. No thanks. No sorry. Worthless staff and no supervision. At least it was expensive and I already tipped in the app.
