Very bad service! The worst customer service store I ever been to! Receptionist and lady work I. The store provides poor personality and bad feeling to customers! Will never come back to this store again!
This review is specifically for location by the marketplace and saloon. From the moment we walked in, the two girls at the front counter had a bad attitude. They were giggling and making fun of my elderly mother when she asked a question. It was mean girl energy. I finally had to tell them off. As a long time guest of tropicana, I've never encountered such rude behavior before.There are so many other people deserving of a job right now who could easily replace them.

Coffee is either warm or not fresh. The girls who work there are nice but don't stay on top of the coffee or creamer. This is the downstairs Starbucks lower part of the casino
