The cashier this morning has a bad attitude. Poorly trained and rude employee. Lazy to do her job. I had to explain to her the rule for coffee refill because she refused and gave me an attitude before she realized she was wrong and i was correct.
Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Google-Bewertungen, aber dieses furchtbar schlechte Service lässt mir keine andere Wahl als alle zukünftigen Gäste vorzuwarnen. Wir wollten uns ein schnelles Frühstück holen. Es waren nur zwei Personen vor uns in der Schlange angestellt. Insgesamt hat es gute 25 Minuten gedauert bis wir unser Essen und Kaffee hatten. Nicht nur dass wir eine gefühlte Ewigkeit warten mussten, war das Personal zudem auch noch sehr unfreundlich.

Seriously? They're only making the sweet cream with oat milk here. My misto tasted like I was playing for the other team. At least they were nice.
Stopped here while waiting for my friends and family to land at LAX. While buying my overpriced coffee, I couldn’t help but notice the girl at the register seemed visibly annoyed by every question I asked. It felt like she just wanted to get through her shift and didn’t care to be helpful. Definitely came across with an attitude. This was at around 3:45 pm on July 26th 2025
