Crazy how you have to wait 25 minutes in drive through for coffee. Left without paying and without my drinks. I live in the neighborhood and it’s always the same thing in this location.
My mala la Atencion después de hacer una fila de 15 min con mi nieto enfermo quería un croissant plane y estando en exhibition no había, pedi hablar con la supervisora y me dijo que ella no tenía nada que ver en esa situación Que el sistema muestra que no hay y también me dijo que debia decirle a mi Nieto que ya no había algo que no es de su incumbencia sin embargo ella no supo tratarnos correctamente eso es ahora 09/10/2026 4:00pm
I never write reviews but i was genuinely so disappointed by this starbucks that i had to write one. Employees are so slow; they dont want to work. They make your drink carelessly to get it done yet do it in the slowest way possible. Even when there are only 2 people they take 20-30 minutes to make 1 drink. Insane.
The drive thru line takes astronomically long for no reason it’s like the workers in there don’t even work.
The service here was absolutely amazing! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the entire visit. Their hospitality really stood out and made the experience feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Everyone seemed happy to help and genuinely cared about providing great service. It is always refreshing to come across a place with such a positive team. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.
