I had such a great experience here yesterday around 8am. A young guy helped me out and his service was amazing. They didn't have one of the ingredients for the frappuccino I usually get, and I was about to leave, but he confidently offered to make me something similar instead. It turned out delicious, even better than I expected. Really appreciated how he handled it!

I ordered cappuccino small. After 3/4th froth the little coffee tasted like milk. Literally milk. The boy who served me claims thats how it is served. Looks like a proper cappuccino is cheaper, more in quantity and better in wall street than here. If inly i had my first Starbucks here, it would be my last.

Very slow service, worst Starbucks I’ve been to in a while. If you ask for a splash of anything they charge $5 because they don’t know how to put it in the computer. Anytime you order anything that’s not a normal drink they have to find their manager and talk for 5 minutes to figure it out. All normal workers are unable to make simple decisions on their own. Training needs to be done.

The coffee tasted like nothing, it was terrible. When I went to order, all the workers left the bar, and I had to wait 10 minutes for them to return. Terrible visit, the worst Starbucks with the worst workers. I was a frequent customer, and I don't like going there anymore since they replaced the old workers.
