They have a girl on this shift who doesn't know how to treat customers. They made me wait and messed up my drink, a simple caramel frappuccino, twice. Sophia doesn't know anything about this job; they should improve their service.
They had a new girl do almost everyone this morning. Very slow. I think it's odd that when they are serving the food they don't wear gloves and she put her hand on the top if the rim of the cup. Sometimes I take off the lid to drink the coffee. This location is limited. I asked for butter and they didn't have. The manager just went in the back and a line was forming. It's annoying the wait time and it's inside of a Target that has no drive thru.

El servicio demasiado LENTOOO, estuve esperando un matcha mediano por 20 min había una fila larga nadie en la caja y nadie haciendo los pedidos se fueron todos a la bodega a traer dos botes de leche POR 20min!!!! Deberían tener una persona responsable atento al servicio Y mi pedido no quedó nada como lo metí
The service is so slow, had me standing in the line more than 10 min without taking the order, they have two people working and I don't mind waiting usually, but today they where literally ignoring the line, the girl went to the back and stayed there the other guy did not even look at the people waiting, no one mind us or even as much of say hi! People kept leaving the line and going and i thought they where exaggerating but oh gods not only are they slow but rude….
