Came inside, while it was empty they took forever to take my orders and 35m to make me 1 coffee. They only care about drive through orders, never coming againz
Today I had a very disappointing experience at Starbucks. I ordered a medium coffee and, even though there were no customers waiting inside, I ended up waiting over 10 minutes without receiving my order. Meanwhile, employees were talking among themselves and prioritizing the drive-thru, completely ignoring customers inside the store.
