This is the worst Starbucks in the area, service-wise. I have been there 4 times and it has never taken less than 15 minutes to get my drink. Today I placed a mobile order at 2:30 and it said it should be ready in 6-9 minutes, yet was not ready until 2:50 - and that was only because I specifically asked where the drink was after waiting for so long inside AND after my other drink and food had already come out.
