I’ve been staying at the Hilton Dadeland where there’s a Starbucks in the lobby for the past 2 weeks!! The girls at the Starbucks, Fernanda and Amanda are very professional!! Always have a smile on their face, very welcoming, helpful, respectful. Doing their jobs like they own the shop!! Recently, we bought two coffees at this Starbucks location, and unfortunately, both drinks turned out to be mostly foam rather than actual coffee. The price felt significantly overpriced as well. I don’t mind paying more when the quality is good, but here they also suggest leaving tips after payment with preset percentages — and honestly, it’s unclear what exactly we are tipping for.
