Went in before I made my order to confirm this location had the drink I wanted and the young lady said yes. Ordered the drinks (2 banana bread mochas) and paid cash. Was told it would be roughly 10 mins, after 30 min I went back and waited in line for about 15 more mins, eventually the young lady told me "o yea I forgot to tell you we don't have the supplies to make that drink". I don't know what's happening, but this is the 2nd time in a week that Starbucks has dropped the ball at two different locations.. Took forever to get my order. For what it costs, this should never happen.
Elaborately faked location. This is a plumbing business. Waste of time, but a good joke.
I have started coming to this location due to my job being in the shopping center. Normally I can get in and out easily. But yesterday was not a pleasant experience. Regardless of how busy a place is. Orders are taken in an order or people. I get this includes mobile orders. But when an employee takes your order. But the 3 people who order after you their drinks come up wayyyyy before yours. This is a HUGE issues. Then to get an horrible attitude from the person who claims to be the manager. Staying with a friend, been here like 5 times this week. Always had a great experience. Best one was today, quick easy convo, drink made perfectly. Good squad all around
