The ladies that were working yesterday morning were so helpful and super nice. I had no idea how to use my Starbucks points but they explained it to me and even gave my baby girl a sticker. My drink was also excellent! Also, side note, I avoided going into Starbucks in grocery stores for so long bc I have a kid and don’t want to get out of the car. The incredibly kind staff member who asked me to repeat my name again—since it doesn't have a local sound—said, "I want to pronounce your name correctly next time you visit. How do you pronounce it?" Thanks to that incredibly kind staff member, I felt great all day. The shop felt a bit cramped compared to the number of visitors, making it somewhat bustling, but there were also tables outside where I could leisurely enjoy a cup of coffee while savoring Knoxville's late summer.
