Please tell me why the manager was telling me he understands that I am correct and he is incorrect in charging for breve when a splash of cream is free and was mocking me? He didn’t say anything to explain a policy or acknowledge what I’m saying he just said “yes I understand and you’re right” and never removed the charge? He was literally mocking me - no exaggeration.
