This location is always extremely slow and unorganized. I live right next to this location and place mobile orders regularly and my order (one coffee and no food) is never ready in the estimated time. Very often I have to wait up to 5 mins after arriving at the very latest estimated ready time. What is the point of ordering ahead to avoid the wait if you still have to sit and wait the amount of time you would just walking into a normal location. No matter what time you come in, it always takes 20 mins to get your drink order. This location needs more staff badly.
Awesome!! Love this place. Stopped in here to get out of the rain. Rafeal is awesome. He is very freindly and helpful. This place is clean and quiet. It also has beutiful paintings inclduing one of the coffee fields. It is also wide and spacius. I had adovaco spread which was awesome.
The refined, airport lounge-like ambience of this location stands out. It’s a pretty hard-to-pull feat for franchises that are expected to provide uniform experience of the dive-in, walk-out kind. This location nails it in terms of layout, aesthetics, housekeeping, outstanding service, professionalism of staff and overall vibe. What I liked best: ‘less ice’ order was actually served with less ice! Go there even if it means an extra mile.
