I placed my order around 6:40 AM, and the app said it would be ready by 6:50. I arrived at 6:55, but the order still wasn’t ready and there were only about two people ahead of me. Because of the delay, I had to cancel half of my order. Even after I clearly asked for the remaining item to be canceled, they still started preparing it.
