Im leaving this to comment on Piyu’s and Vincent’s outstanding customer service. Piyu is very kind and made an amazing recommendation for my drink (she also remembered my drink which made me smile). They are both very sweet and just come off as amazing workers. They certainly bring joy to my day. Stop taking Uber eats order early morning if the store is closed and you can't fulfill them you are just wasting Driver's time and gas
It's super embarrassing to see this kind of thing in a Starbucks. There's nowhere to throw the trash and customers have to leave their cups there because the staff doesn't care about keeping the place clean. Bad experience, I've never seen this before. 👎👎👎
My wife work at starbucks in new york she came to this store last week monday 02/24/2025 past 1pm to get her coffee markout and the register person says she can’t able to get her markout there only discount, she can only markout at her own store thats what they says.
