I CALL THEM A HELL LOT OF TIMES AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, IT RINGS BUT THEY NEVER ANSWER AND LATER ON THEY KEEP THE PHONE ASIDE SO THAT THE LINE IS DISCONNECTED. PROBABLY THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS BECAUSE OF TOO MANY COMPLAINTS FEOM THIS STORE. I CALLED THEM TO MENTION INSTRUCTIONS TO WHICH THEY DID NOT PROVIDE OPTION ON THE APP. SOOOOOOOOOOO UNETHICAL. Staff is so sweet and always made amazing drinks! Cashier was always extra kind which was appreciated.
They never get my order right and always have the audacity to act rude when I ask hey this doesn’t have lemonade or hey I asked for light ice and I always say I’m sorry (even though I ordered correctly). Many times I’ve paid extra for lemonade and they blatantly ignore it and give me regular acai refresher. Cannot count on one hand on how many times I’ve ordered light ice and give me regular ice. I almost order at this store everyday, but they don't provide Puppuccino! They are such not pet friendly, and my puppy is service dog!
