Young attitude handing out coffee act like it's free coffee that won't go extra mile for the customers.
Grabbed a coffee on Monday, they gave me the wrong coffee. I called in to get a reorder, they told me to come in and they would remake it. I told him I’d come in on Wednesday. He took my name. I came back Wednesday at 9am to be told I couldn’t get my reorder without my coffee cup.,. Sidney was so unapologetic and so dismissive. I am not happy with this Starbucks service. This place definitely a Snyder cut. Sooooo much slooooow motion from every performer. 2nd in line and 20 minutes to get a cold brew. And I'm guessing this is a recipe, but the pumpkin cold brew seems to be lacking the pumpkin part.
