The baristas are friendly, the lobby is nice. Low key, The bathroom is always Dirty! Part of cleanliness also applies to the restrooms, I think! 🥸 B-minus!
Horrible i needed to use the restroom very bad and they told me i needed to make a purchase so i ran to total wine instead.
Walked in to pick up a mobile order and as picking up my order a guy barista approached me and ask to show proof it was my order. I have never gotten asked that question. Drinks were also not good. Hot Mocha tasted as if they added water and pink drinks tasted off.
Christian has great customer service. Great attitude when I asked them to remake my drink. Very much appreciated
