I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I wish people would at least try to be polite when interacting in public. We were there on a Sunday morning around 9 a.m., and when we arrived, we noticed the place was completely empty—lights on, computers running, machines on—but no staff in sight. There was only one employee working in a busy Saturday morning and she was extremely slow and uneducated about the drink menu. I tried to order a cold cafe blanco (something that was literally pictured on the sign at checkout). She acted confused and needed me to pick up the sign and hand it to her to understand what I wanted.then after paying, my drink didn’t have whip cream (like it did in picture that I pointed to saying I wanted to order). The girl working this Saturday was very kind and fast. Kept the line moving! And my drink was really well made, as well. Great service, would gladly come back!

There is a young man working there that is consistently understaffed and yet always has a smile. I was there this morning and the line was insane. He just kept pushing through where many young people would’ve walked out. Management needs to give him a raise and some help.
