There was only one employee working in a busy Saturday morning and she was extremely slow and uneducated about the drink menu. I tried to order a cold cafe blanco (something that was literally pictured on the sign at checkout). The girl working this Saturday was very kind and fast. Kept the line moving! And my drink was really well made, as well. Great service, would gladly come back!

There is a young man working there that is consistently understaffed and yet always has a smile. I was there this morning and the line was insane. He just kept pushing through where many young people would’ve walked out. Management needs to give him a raise and some help.

was just there sunday April 20th the barista didn't reply with a single word during order nor did she say a single word to the person before me, i ordered two coffees and only received one. I couldn't get her attention so i gave up and left.
