Went there during opening hours and not a staff member in site. Safeway staff also had no clue. Closed sign was not up. Just no service. Disappointed
Store opens (per the website and inside the store) at 6am. I walked in right about 7am and the individual (Tanya I think her name was) was still trying to get the store setup, asked me to come back in 30 min. While I was not in a hurry I could not just sit around for 30 min to wait for someone to setup. I get it, things happen some mornings but this was not the first time for me. If you are not able to open the store consistently by posted time then change the time or change the folks opening your store.
I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I wish people would at least try to be polite when interacting in public. We were there on a Sunday morning around 9 a.m., and when we arrived, we noticed the place was completely empty—lights on, computers running, machines on—but no staff in sight. Barista got too much attitude for a premium priced product. They going downhill fast. They need some Chick-Fil-A treatment to their customers.
There was only one employee working in a busy Saturday morning and she was extremely slow and uneducated about the drink menu. I tried to order a cold cafe blanco (something that was literally pictured on the sign at checkout). She acted confused and needed me to pick up the sign and hand it to her to understand what I wanted.then after paying, my drink didn’t have whip cream (like it did in picture that I pointed to saying I wanted to order).
