The server with the pink braids was extremely friendly and super welcoming every time i pass through BWI she remembers my drink order. Even with the lines in the morning the customer service is amazing
took way too long. not the fault of the employees. just needs more staff / capacity
Don’t bother trying to order unless you have the app. Barista with the pink and orange hair kicked 15 people out of line as she “can only do one thing at a time and will only be serving using the app.” To be fair there were only two employees behind the counter and she said the other one was going to need to clean. In response to the complaints from the customers who had been standing in line a long time it was “call corporate” and “don’t you have the app”.
No place to sit and eat your food. The airport seating is lousy, too.
