No place to sit and eat your food. The airport seating is lousy, too.
I politely said excuse me to ask if they had my mobile order in the que after 5 minutes past my pick up time. They could barely be bothered to glance at me while I asked them grumbled yes and walked away. It wouldn’t have been difficult to address me like a human for 5 seconds. And should probably look at your mobile order time estimate if it’s that far off schedule especially at an airport when some people don’t have a ton of time to kill
My visit to this Starbucks shocked me because I could not comprehend a Starbucks outlet can be this bad. The barista took my order wrong, refused to listen and correct the order, shouted at us, made us wait saying the manager will come, returned back with the incorrect order saying the manager isn’t available to rectify the order. I interacted with some of the other baristas who served me the incorrect order and they were equally incompetent and inefficient. 24 hours?....walked in and guy was shaking his head no.... told me to come back in 20 minutes?
This was easily the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The store didn’t have the drink I wanted, which isn’t the issue—things run out. The problem was the employee’s attitude. When I asked about it, she bluntly said “we don’t have that” with clear sass and zero effort to be polite or helpful.
