I ordered a pumpkin loaf at the counter and a worker named Shakiaa R. told me that the oven wasn’t working. I didn’t expect her to say that and I couldn’t quite catch what she said so I politely asked her to repeat herself. She then mocked me after I realized what she had said and told me to listen the first time. I can’t imagine if she had said that to a hard-of-hearing person. Very rude.

Out of multiple things and didn’t post any sign, so you learn after waiting 20 minutes on line. Stay far away.
the lady with the red scarf on her head was terrible. we waited 37 minutes for 2 drinks, she gave everyone attitude when they expressed they were going to miss their flight, she went on her phone multiple times, and was moving with zero sense of urgency. im so irritated never again.
I order on the app always, but this location, every time I can count how many times my order has been ready, and I leave space for them to make it. The app says it’s ready I walk over and the guy tells me it’s not ready. No kidding, the place was empty for every bit of 10 min. Unbelievable. Mind you, no lines, not a soul here, one drink left untouched and warm from sitting out
