This was easily the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The store didn’t have the drink I wanted, which isn’t the issue—things run out. The problem was the employee’s attitude. When I asked about it, she bluntly said “we don’t have that” with clear sass and zero effort to be polite or helpful. Can somebody fix the printer please??? This has been an ongoing issue, the barista is unable to see customizations - received full sugar drink instead of 1 pump of syrup as requested. Unable to drink, $7.95 down the drain literally, and it's not the first time. The order was 12 minutes late as well. Terrible.
Never had 6 ladies ignore me before right after the larger/tall employee she asked what I want. I started saying “Hi, I’d like to order a venti… and she turned and said something to her coworkers and laughed. I paused and waited. Smiled. She never looked back at me though I was right at the register and she was supposed to be taking orders. Personnel are unprofessional and passive aggressive at best. Simple shot of espresso order….. It’s your only option at BWI, so, naturally, service is neglected.
