25 minutes for an ICED flat white, I paid 9 dollars for it and couldn’t drink it or otherwise I would have missed the flight
Slow. Slow. Slow. Get more people helping with orders. One is not enough. Drinks are getting more elaborate and time consuming to make. Silly
I ordered a pumpkin loaf at the counter and a worker named Shakiaa R. told me that the oven wasn’t working. I didn’t expect her to say that and I couldn’t quite catch what she said so I politely asked her to repeat herself. She then mocked me after I realized what she had said and told me to listen the first time. I can’t imagine if she had said that to a hard-of-hearing person. Very rude.
