The staff at the B-concourse location at the airport was extremely rude. This young lady with Pink braids had the worst attitude and does not need to be in customer service. Starbucks needs to do a better job training their employees. There is no need to roll the eyes and behave as if the customer is bothering them when they are asking for an item. I would think twice before patronizing this Starbucks at the airport.

Flew out BWI on American (9/3) and was in desperate need of caffeine. I went to the Starbucks and placed an order and the barista taking orders was beyond gorgeous and had the best service ever and I made sure to let him know. He proceeded to compliment my hair which made my whole day because had the most beautiful hair I’ve ever seen so it meant a lot. I placed my order from “Noah” and waited about 6 minutes for my order.
