I rarely write reviews, but I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this location. I believe it’s with the same employee who consistently displays a rude and condescending attitude. I visited on 2/5/26 around 6:45 PM. Mentioning so management can maybe figure out who. I was polite, kind, made sure no one was behind me, and was simply asking for quick advice on what to order. This is the only Starbucks that tells me to loop around when I place a mobile order then refuse to serve me. The app said the order would be ready in 4-7 minutes and I showed up at the 5 minute mark. To close the window and refuse to serve a customer is ridiculous.
Poor customer service. Had a baby in the car and my order wasn’t ready despite the estimated time window being completed and because they don’t want their times ruined they wanted me to drive around again. This is the only location to inconvenience the customer.
We wanted 2 lattes with raw 10 sugars and 12 raw sugars and they handed us the sugar expecting us to make it ours selves and in a car. Lazy
