I really think Starbucks should take hiring a bit more seriously. This isn’t the first time I’ve come across staff who are either surprisingly rude or just don’t seem to know the basic policies — which is kind of shocking for a company of this size. My last visit was honestly the breaking point. I canceled my order after the barista smirked and laughed at my perfectly normal question about a drink. Please close this place. Everybody hiding and dressed like slots. Could not order. 18 minutes to make some lady a fruit drink. No management No leadership. Close immediately. Hurting the brand.
