Very unprofessional I told her twice to put a bag in the food item but all she and her co workers were doing is talking to each other the worst starbucks ever.
They violated the Higgins way. The woman who took my order was quiet and odd. Very dismissive and silent. I ordered a plain delicious, smooth, cold brew. Simple classic drink. My two pals got a drink on my tab too, some foo foo drinks! When we got our drinks my buddys’ drinks were both fine. But I KNEW mine was NOT RIGHT. IT was sweetened and watery. COLD BREW IS NOT SWEET AND WATERY. I knew it was a sweetened iced coffee: I am just so disappointed. These people need to be trained on the basics. Never going back
i visited the starbucks connected to the hyvee gas station and it was probably the worst service i’ve ever had in a starbucks. i ordered a venti pink drink (light ice) and another drink except it was a tall. it took two girls almost 10 MINUTES to make my drink. you’d think with two people making it would speed up the time but no. a girl even stopped to check her phone. ten minutes later i got my two drinks i ordered and they filled the ice to the top and there was barely anything to drink in my cup. all of it was ice. bigges... read more
