We attempted to order at 7:53pm, 7 minutes before close. The car infront of us ordered as normal but when we got up they wouldn't take our order and said they were closed. I'd understand if they didn't take both of our orders but taking just taking one when we got there at the same time was very upsetting. Especially because we were then trapped in line behind the person we let go in first.

This Starbucks is consistently the same experience the 3-4 times I've been in here. I intentionally try to avoid here because of my initial experience, but someone I was meeting with wanted to go here recently, so now I feel obligated to warn others. There is no sense of urgency with any of the baristas; no one greets you as you enter or as you stand at the register; the friendliness is basically non-existent; there is always a long wait, whether in the café or the drive-through (I've tried both); and the drinks are always d... read more

waited for 20 minutes in the drive through and there was maybe 1 customer in the store and 0 in the drive through. when they finally decided to serve me i paid for my drink and could see it through the window. waited another 5 minutes for them to re-open the window and hand it to me. there were about 3 employees in the store, so definitely not understaffed. don’t come here if you want prompt service. 2 stars because the coffee only because the coffee tasted good!
