Always a terrible experience at this store
This location is hit or miss. I've had the employee over charge me in the past and last time I paid $8 for a coffee and the espresso was burnt. The Starbucks store in Hy-Vee seems to serve better drinks for some reason. Edit: 2/21/2026 about 9:30am ordered a latte, the same one I ordered two days ago and it was almost $1 more today. My guess is they are adding a tip without customer knowledge. Be sure to get a receipt. BUYER BEWARE.
