Buyer beware… You’ll likely get a decent drink, but if you drink decaf coffee that’s not gonna happen in a timely fashion, if you want to repeat your order any less than 5 times to the person at the register go elsewhere, and go in knowing that they tend to close down and clean their espresso machine for the evening any time between 500 PM and close so that after dinner Target run with a cozy lil’ PSL, don’t bank on it.
Horrible experience watching the manager (Deb?) treat her employees with total disdain. I didn’t complain about the mistake made with my drink because the barista was already stressed out. Isn’t Starbucks supposed to be a bastion of progressive ideals?! Caribou gets my business from now on. Sorry.

I want to put a complaint of the service I received today around 4:30pm to Target get a drink and I explain to the employee how I wanna my order , I don’t even know she new or still learning but she didn’t know how to do my drink and when she give it to me it’s was nasty! So I throw it away! I want to see if I get refund or something! I was not happy with the service I got today with my drink! I understand the girl still learning but they should have someone helping her fix the problem. That’s ruin my day!!
I have been shopping at target for sometime now and started using Starbucks for refreshers and they are very tasty. But what is even better is the service I receive from this gal named Val. She is so friendly and always greets me with a smile. I look for her and if she’s working, I make sure I get a drink from her.
