Sadly this is not a very well run location. Wait times are always inordinately long and they always seem to mess my order up.
Unfortunately all the long drive-thru complaints are so very true
Easily the slowest Starbucks in Houston. I'm watching 6 employees stand around during peak times.
Dirtiest Starbucks I have ever seen. Packaged food sitting on the floor. Drinks left behind sitting on the bar to expire. Two trash cans literally overflowing while four employees stand around.
