My Butterfly Tropical drink was make very well, and service was pleasant and fast.
Bought a vente Chai kid temperature. Waited to taste. Went back to tell them Chai had no flavor. Couldn't really taste the Chai. They told me they couldnt do nothing. Not their policy. Im surprised. Any other Starbucks would have remade. I understand not taking mine back or throwing away. I had to take as is.
The workers doesn't know what they are doing.They don't know how to make their drinks or even the prices of their stuff. They can't even make a drink on the menu that's on the screen. They don't know the price, so they charge way more then others Starbucks or on the app.They messed up my drink and charge 8$ for a grande iced vanilla protein latte and didn't even give me the cold foam that I pay for. Couldn't even ask for the cold foam because they were too busy, and would not even notice the customer.
