Friendly staff and this location always offers alternative milks like coconut and oatmilk. I can always count on stopping by when I need a caffeine boost! ☕️🤩 3 YEARS LATER: Management has changed. I keep getting my coffee order wrong, and there's a particular person at the drive-thru who is always rude. I have stopped visiting this location and now regularly go to 81st & Mingo instead.
The bald headed lady at the drive thru window was rude and messed up the order. I ordered a venti and she gave me a tall drink. I mentioned that it was wrong and I wanted a venti. She stated to me in a mean manner, you’re gonna pay for it!! I told her I planned on paying for it. She needs to be retrained on customer service.
