I am not a fan of some of the baristas here. The drinks are a gamble between really good or straight up bad. The unpredictable amount of drink product I’m actually going to get is not a standard issue I want after paying and waiting. I ordered a venti iced shaken espresso and the actual drink delivered (after a 15-20 minutes of waiting and watching myself being skipped multiple times in drink making order) was literally HALF JUST FOAM?! Today I went to Starbucks with my infant to do a shopping run and get coffee and banana bread. I accidentally dropped my chai tea latte on the floor in the middle of shopping. I stopped by the Starbucks again once I was done with shopping. My barista Julie was very quick and helpful. I hope you have a wonderful day!
One girl (Sarah) took care of over 5 orders within such a short span, never losing her smile and great customer service towards everyone who was waiting. Great work and great customer service!
