We went here today and they gave us a cup a Grande that was not full. It was not even close of the dragon fruit freshers, and when u contact them they are inept because they asked for a starbucks rewards number I DONT HAVE ONE...
They don’t do pour overs afternoon and don’t have my honey citrus mint tea.
We reside in Wylie and make the drive to Richardson for this location in particular. They are always polite, they never get our orders wrong, and the flavors of the coffees stay consistent. Kudos to the manager! Your staff have been trained well. The Starbucks locations here in Wylie on the other hand could use some work all around.
