For sure, it's one of the WORST Starbucks locations I've ever been to. And I've given them many chances since they are located next to my gym. I've tried walking in to order, and staff ignored me for at least 5 minutes. Then it takes (without exaggeration) 15 minutes to get my double espresso. And that is if they don't assume its iced (which I make sure to say that its hot when I order), in which case its even longer! Then.. Very great customer service- I go out of my way to get my order from this location!
The manager just sat there staring off while her workers barely could keep up. She seemed like a complete amateur, and was genuinely dismissive of her associates. Embarrassing behavior from a manager. The other manager (I think his name was Emmett) was picking up after her like a daycare. Humiliating.
