Third order where you guys got tipped over 20% just to get down the road and have it all jacked up.
Val was rude and unprofessional. We waited around 10 minutes while she made food and drinks for a group of customers. After waiting, we attempted to order green tea and a pastry. She rudely told us she “closes in 10 minutes” so can’t make drinks and that she turned the toaster oven off (that we just watched her use). As someone who also works in the service industry, this was unacceptable.
WORST STARBUCKS IN AMERICA!!!
Consistently wrong! I’ve had multiple experiences where they have gotten my one drink order wrong several times. A handful of the employees are very rude. The hipster guy in the beanie everyday is the worst. I’ve only had a couple of girls who were very nice and had good customer service. Porters neck and Mayfair are much better!
