They recently changed the hours to close at 6pm (no issue there) and have now decided to stop taking orders at 5:30pm... Why not just close at 5:30pm if you won't take orders after that time? The baristas have also become increasingly rude the past few times I've visited, not sure what changed. I used to look forward to this as part of my shopping trip.
The barista, I think Valerie, super nice and made my drink perfect! She was very polite.
The chairs and table are all wooden except for two rows of soft chairs in a corner. Music was loud and very few charging spots. Coffee was good and service was quick.
