They let their employees take half the bear cups on launch day right before they opened and then let the first person in line take the rest. Not cool!!
So first off I went around 11:15am 1/13/24 and the two kids at the counter were sitting on their phones and jumped when they saw me like I was a manager who just caught them doing something wrong. I then gave my order and they seemed like they were annoyed at having to make my drinks. I just got back with what I thought was my correct order only to find out that they gave me a Dirty Chai (Espresso in the drink) instead of a Vanilla Chai.
