Great service
I had a really good experience at this Starbucks. The store was clean, the service was quick, and everything was made just the way I ordered it. I got the Gingerbread Chai and it was delicious. I also want to highlight Brooke — she was very kind, helpful, and informative. Since I’m not a big coffee drinker, she took the time to explain different options and helped me pick the perfect drink. I really appreciated her patience and friendliness. Thanks to Brooke and the team for the great service. I’ll definitely stop by again.
Same problem with the same green hair. Rude and left.my brewed coffee sitting there while she caught up with the other four servers. Nonei had to go back up and ask for another coffee. thought to get my drink and I sat there. Terrible service.
The food was great but the manager/lead was bad mouthing her employees, while I was having a breakfast date. We had to listen to her being rude to the other employees. Sad to see how poorly employees are treated there.
