Wow Employees are so rude!!! I ordered an Americano with hazelnut syrup, but they didn’t add any drops to my coffee, so I asked them politely add more syrup. Two employees whispered to each other and rolled their eyeballs in front of me. Then Jessica, who made my coffee, was through a cup of syrup on the counter and left without any comment. Worst experience ever!!
I should have looked up reviews before driving to this Starbucks location. It would have been better to have driven to 1 of the other Starbucks in Novi than this one! I was in Novi leaving the hospital with my daughter and her friend, so I asked my phone to look up a close Starbucks to stop at on our way home. Drinks were amazing, food and pastries were fresh, clean and friendly atmosphere. Kyra was very helpful, knowledgeable and so kind.
Confusing menu. Arogant service. Low quality, but pricey drink. A brand name that starts to suck big time
Ordered shaken espresso and got a cup of milk …even after I asked politely to remake it. She made the exact same cup of 2% milk with an attitude of course. I order this every time I ever go to Starbucks. This was Super gross. I think Target Starbucks are the worst!
