I am writing to share the wonderful experience my twin sister and I recently had at this Starbucks, located inside the Macy’s at the Novi Road entrance. It was our birthday, and while we are frequent Starbucks customers, this was our first visit to this specific cafe. I am so happy we used our birthday email at this location! The manager, Lisa, and her entire staff provided some of the best service we have ever received.
