I had went in and order two green tea matchas and they served it to us and both were dripping with matcha all around it you could not even hold the cup I asked if they had napkins they replied with an sassiness and said they are behind you My daughter asked if they always spill the drink around the cup and he goes to my daughter and says no only for you that was VERY disrespectful of him to talk to my 10 year old daughter like that he also made the drink so disgusting that it seems like he never even blended the drink Never ... read more
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. The staff was extremely rude. The only person who was kind was the manager, who apologized for their behavior which makes me think she’s aware that people complain about them often. I did get the name of the employee who was the rudest to me, but I’m choosing not to disclose it. I hope this can be a Learning opportunity for them to do better.
I use to get my sandwich from here, but one time i wasn’t hungry and just needed water, i asked for a cup of water and SaKura the waitress yelled at me saying “NO You Have to purchase something, i can’t give you water “!! she yelled it out so loudly that everyone was looking at me , she put me on “shame spot” that i had to grab anything so people can stop looking at me, i paid $20 just to get a water!! I will never again go back there. i rather spent my money somewhere else…awful staff!!
Went to get a latte and they weee closed during business hours just because they wanted to rearrange the dinning area you don’t do that during business hours you do that before you open or after you close for the day so unprofessional won’t go here again they were doing mobile orders only we left and went to Bigby in the mall there service is way better
Had a drink twice today, the drinks were good. The girls were friendly, especially the girl with the tattoo was great very friendly
